Festival Project Workshop

Evaluate the challenges of a festival project and apply your knowledge, field experience and understanding of the L-Acoustics ecosystem to solve them.

Learning objectives

Identify the main stakeholders and their respective responsibilities in a Festival project
Evaluate the challenges associated to each step in the L-Acoustics workflow - Specification, Design, Implementation, Calibration, Operations
Create and evaluate multiple loudspeaker system design options in Soundvision, according to the specificities of the festival location and layout, accounting for sound system performance and noise pollution mitigation
Analyze the effect on the sound system performance of atmospheric variations (temperature, wind, audience density) and apply corrective actions
Explain the choices made and associated constraints to the visiting productions
